The winning projects of the Design Competition, conducted by the Archaeological Receipts Fund (TAP) in 2015, were announced following the exhibition held on Sunday, January 17 2016, under the ‘Design Athens 2’. View the results: here

According to the tender notice of the TAP Design Competition , the main purpose was to promote new projects by Greek designers, creators of applied arts and artists. The projects submitted were the creative matrix for the mass production of cultural products / applications (souvenirs and gifts, art gifts -souvenirs), inspired by thematic sections of museum exhibits of the Archaeological Sites and Monuments in Greece.

The product design specifications required were a modern – updated, imaginative, inventive and dynamic visual language. The element of uniqueness and originality was very important parameter, as well. The products will be available exclusively at the Museum Shops operated by the Archaeological Receipts Fund (TAP).
