Lychnos – a series of luxurious light sources that signal the end of darkness.
In the Lychnos Collection, the relationship with light takes on a new dimension. Consisting of sculptural lamps, candle holders and table lamps this series was inspired by the eternal battle of mankind to prevail over darkness. Each light source is designed with the comforting glow of fire in mind, brilliantly extending the day into the night.
Two Is Company pays tribute to visible light, as captured by the human eye, with a wide range of white surfaces, almost reflective in their purity, while also incorporating their trademark bronze grids in impressive Spartan symmetries. Each object is a geometric homage to the photon concept, an elementary particle that burns bright with energy, a massless messenger that darkness has finally come to an end.
Anaktai – Fit for kings, made for everyday people
The Anaktai Collection, named after the ancient Greek word Anaktoro, meaning palace, consists of plateaux, vases, coasters and bookends in bronze and marble, elegantly showcasing the Two Is Company craftsmanship in all its treasured splendor. But this exclusive line of homeware is not only fit for royalty.
In the Minoan civilization, the palace Anaktoro was not a single structure. It was a residential complex of vital importance that incorporated workshops, temples, housing and public spaces – something between a palace and a small city. Similarly, The Anaktai Collection is an extensive definition of homeware, a series of carefully conceived objects, designed to fulfill both functional and aesthetic elements of life. Despite its palatial origins, the Anaktai Collection still addresses everyday people with a taste for affordable luxury.
Althaea – A fragment of Greek culture, transformed into a functional objet d’art.
The Althaea Collection is an exclusive line of eclectic home accessories inspired by doric harmony and the essential simplicity of Greek civilization. For The Althaea Collection, the reference is prehistoric patterns and embraced symbols and intricate details from archaic and Geometric vessels, liberating them from their complex background and transforming them into functional, lifestyle objects. This unique range of candle holders, coasters and serving plates, bookmarks and bookends, jewelry boxes and handheld mirrors, reflects a contemporary expression of ancient Greek style, emphasized by locally-sourced quality materials such as bronze and marble, all handmade by master craftsmen.
